Another one bites the dust for the Falcons

News came down today that the Falcons will be without starting left guard Andy Livitre for the remainder of the season.  Livitre missed the playoffs last season for the Falcons so the Falcons are equipped to make adjustments in his absense.  However, the loss is a big blow to an already depleted Falcons team that is already without starting SS Keanu Neal and ILB Deion Jones.

In Fantasy news, this may hurt Coleman and Freeman’s production against better Defensive lines down the stretch.  Though the Falcons will look to Wes Schweitzer to fill the void on the left side.

Schweitzer was a 6th round pick in 2016 and has played significant time throughout his career.  The Falcons and fans will hope his experience and offseason regiment has produced a serviceable guard for a team that had Super Bowl aspirations.
